Here in the Heart of Vermont we don’t just plant crops and grow food. We look at the future and see how a thriving local agricultural community can be an asset both as a food source for the surrounding communities and as a viable and expanding business base for agricultural products.

And yes, we even farm traditional Vermont dairy, Christmas trees, maple syrup, and honey.

Our area towns support a variety of agricultural and agriculturally based businesses including Cabot Creamery’s dairy products; Jasper Hill Farm’s artisanal cheeses; Caledonia Spirits and Winery’s eclectic wines; Vermont Soy’s soy milk, tofu and the value added products of Vermont Natural Coatings (where the products of soy processing and manufacturing are utilized to create another marketable product).
